About us

Founded in 1997, we develop, design and manufacture innovative baby products. New products and concepts are being designed and developed by our own in-house design department.
The Dooky brand covers a wide range of over 300 babyproducts, from suncovers to footmuffs, from gifts to diaperbags and everything inbetween.

Dooky is world-wide available in over 25 countries and more countries are being added on a frequent basis.

Sustainability & Dooky

At Dooky we not only want to make a difference with our products, our way of working is also important! We try to do business in a socially responsible manner as much as possible. Sustainability and therefore the effects of our business operations on people, the environment and society are important to us. Everyone wants to contribute to a better world, right?!

BSCI

Within this corporate social responsibility, we not only ensure sustainable entrepreneurship within our own company, but also the state of affairs in our factories, suppliers and manufacturers is important to us. Our factories are part of the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI): a quality mark for which you as a company must comply with an internationally recognized code of conduct in the field of working conditions. Important for everyone! We are also closely involved in production and monitoring the progress of our suppliers and producers.

Did you know?! The word SUSTAINABLE can be explained as a combination of the concepts 'durable' (permanent/lasting) and 'sustainable' (suitable to/tend to). So: suitable to last or last! As CARING can be explained as 'inclined to care'. Beautiful words that Dooky likes to take to heart!

Dooky & Alpe d’HuZes

Every year, team Dooky participates in the Alpe d'HuZes, where we conduct research into new and better cancer treatments. Giving up is not an option for us either!

Amsterdam Cityswim

We don't mind swimming in the Amsterdam canals either. Dooky has been committed to the fight against the muscular disease ALS for years. As participants of the Amsterdam City Swim, we secure money for research and a better quality of life for patients and their loved ones. The counter for the 2023 swim is already almost touching 1.8 million euros! #swimmeeforALS

Turtle conservation Project Borneo

We also look beyond our national borders and express our concern for our planet and its flora and fauna up to a project in Borneo!

For the project on Borneo, Andy and Ronald from Dooky single-handedly moved the newly laid turtle eggs at night to a 'nursery' (hatchery). This way, many more eggs hatch than the natural way, and the baby turtles can be released 'safely' into the sea.

Of course we have also adopted a nest and we have released young newborn baby turtles into the sea ourselves. What an experience and what a project!

Dooky sponsors Serieus Langedijk

Serious Langedijk is a charity organization where 3 friends lock themselves in a café/radio studio to make non-stop radio for 5 days and raise money for a good cause in the municipality of Dijk en Waard.
Through request numbers and actions devised in the municipality, a wonderful amount is raised every year to support local charities.
